I want to read it! , but I have one unrelated question - will there be a sequel to the poppy war trilogy?

I'm not the writer, but I think it was just a trilogy

Looking forward! A question for my curiosity -- is this text inspired or influenced by David Henry Hwang's play, Yellowface?

I haven’t read it yet, but will try to make time for it before launch!

Looking forward to it! Any idea if there’s going to be any signed HC available in indie bookshops in the UK? Hopefully see you on tour in 2023!

So far all I know about is the signed WS edition, but I always end up signing a ton of stock while I’m touring :) And I will be touring the UK; times and dates TBA

I am so excited for this! I cannot wait for this release, but may I ask if you know the release month for countries outside of US and UK? Because, it might be hard for me to get the book, for I live in the Philippines. Either way, so excited, and I am sure to read this!

I don’t, sorry! For English editions, it depends on when the stores get their stock in from US/UK distributors. For translated editions, it takes much longer...

I see, thank you for taking time to reply! But another question, did you ever read books about the Industrial Revolution for Babel? If you did, do you know which one's the best to read? Sorry for the amount of questions, and thank you, again! 😊

There will be a signed B&N edition, and I'll put out the link through my Substack when that's available; there is also a signed Waterstones edition available for preorder: https://www.waterstones.com/book/yellowface/r-f-kuang/9780008626365

And a few more to be announced!

Can't wait to read this!! I think the bookshop links aren't working though — they lead to the Yellowface preorder page but it's not through the Harper Collins Union affiliate.
